Case body of this series fabricated substation is made up of pedestal, side plate, separating plate, door and top cover, the inside of case body is separated into high voltage chamber, transformer chamber and low voltage chamber. Protection grade of case body is IP23. Sealing plate, separating plate, door and top cover over pedestal are processed and manufactured by adopting cold-rolled steel plate and are connected together by weld and fastener, so it has enough mechanical strength. Outer and inner surfaces on every part inside case body are all processed by spoay coating treatment fooming durable protective coating The rainproof, sunproof, anti-rust and ventilating performances of case body are one of most leading structures and won tlree Chinese patents.
